Cash Withdrawal at a Bank in Disaster Area

 If you have a bank account and lost your bank account register, seal, or ATM card, you can withdrawal cash by providing an identification document of the account holder. You can withdrawal cash within your bank account balance up to 100,000 yen per day per account. (200,000 yen at Japan Post Bank and Japan Post)

Aomori Bank, Michinoku Bank (Aomori prefecture), Tohoku Bank, Bank of Iwate (Iwate prefecture), Shichijyushichi Bank (Miyagi prefecture) Toho Bank (Fukushima prefecture) etc.
●Kita-Kanto Region
Tsukuba Bank, Joyo Bank (Ibaraki prefecture) etc.
●Others
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Mizuho Bank, Resona Bank, Japan Post Bank etc.

 In addition, if you have an account with the Toho Bank (headquartered in Fukushima City), you can withdrawal cash at the following banks whose headquarters are located outside of Fukushima prefecture:
